Steve likes diving. He did his Open Water course in Egypt while traveling in 2012 and later became an instructor. He has since taught hundreds of people diving and freediving in Taiwan, Thailand and the Philippines. In 2019, his cave addiction got the best of him and he moved to cave country full time. In his spare time he enjoys listening to K-pop, vlogging, and working on exploration and survey projects with Karst Underwater Research and Beyond the Sump.
