Spine Pad

The Spine Pad’s minimalist design places contoured quick-dry foam padding precisely along the diver’s spine to shield pressure points against a metal backplate—without the bulk of a full backplate pad. Mesh airflow channels provide instant topside draining and resist compression, so the pad holds its thickness and comfort at depth. The Spine Pad is encased in rugged 1000 denier ballistic nylon for maximum tear and abrasion resistance. It attaches to any standard backplate and harness by weaving the crotch strap through the 2” plastic loop on the bottom of the pad. Two webbing “wings” are then tucked in to the top cam strap slots on the back plate to secure it for use. The pad can quickly be swung down out of the way for full access to the bolts and wingnuts when attaching the plate to cylinders. Made in the USA.
